So I love my dog...but last night she came bounding down the stairs as I was bringing groceries in, she ran into me so hard that I dislocated my right knee. This is not necessarily something new, my knees have been doing this for over 10 year, but the difference this time was that my knee cap stayed out, normally it pops back in. OMG I had forgotten just how bad that hurts. We ended up calling the ambulance because it wasn't going back in. Finally, because I was shaking so bad it did go back in, but by that time it had stretched everything so bad. The ambulance took me to the hospital to have it checked out and now I'm wearing a splint and on crutches until it heals :( This really puts a damper on things. I can't do anything, I feel so useless, and being on percaset doesn't help my usefulness. Hopefully this heals fast and hopefully things don't come in threes because I don't want anymore.
